The best part about Kegel exercises is that you do not have to take time out to do them. You can practice them anytime, on a full or empty stomach, and anywhere, whether you're in the office, sitting on your computer, whether you're commuting to work, whether you're standing in line, or whether you're watching television. There's simply no excuse whatsoever not to do them. Start now!

The first thing you need to do is to locate the vaginal muscles. Many people mistakenly tighten the thigh or buttock muscles, without working the urinary muscles. These are the muscles you would use to stop your urine midstream. The next time you urinate, try holding your urine midstream. This will help you identify and become familiar with your vaginal muscles.

After you've located them, practice contracting them (as if you are stopping your urine midstream), and releasing them. Do this 20 times in quick succession. Hold for around a second, and release them. Do three sets. The next day, do this 25 times. Gradually work up to 100 times.

Exhale when tightening your muscles, and inhale when relaxing them. Don't release the muscles slowly. Just let go.

Once you're done with these quick sets, try and hold the contraction for three seconds. Once again, exhale while squeezing, and inhale while releasing. Gradually build up to holding the contraction for at least ten seconds. Relax for around ten seconds between contractions. Do this 20 times initially. By the end of the month, you should be able to do this at least 75 times.

Imagine as if you are trying to rush your flow of urine by pushing your muscles downwards. Squeeze your vaginal muscles, hold for ten seconds, and release. Then, push them out. Do this around ten times.

Within a month, your vaginal muscles would have tightened and strengthened and you will feel the difference in your sex life.

Practice, practice, practice, by tightening and releasing your vaginal muscles around your husband's organ in quick succession, during intercourse. Guaranteed to drive him wild!
