Mung daal chilla


Ingredients
Mung
Salt
Green chillies
Ginger
Red chillies

Method
Soak mung overnight. Next day, blend salt, green chillies, ginger and red chillies together in a mixer. Your batter is ready.

Now oil and heat pan and make thin chillas. Sprinkle chaar masal and corriander leaves. Since chillas are thin, they don't need to be flipped. Once cooked, move to plate.

Garnish chillas with finely chopped tomatoes and onions.

And if very hungry, put the chilla between 2 slices of whole grain bread and make it into a chilla sandwich!

Great for breakfast or as a tea-time snack
