ALOO BHINDI MASALA Recipe | Main Course Recipe by vidhyabose |
| INGREDIENTS | Potato - ½ kg
ladysfinger - ½ kg
onion - 1 big
tomato - 1
greenchilli - 2
sambarpdr - 1 spoon
salt as per taste
oil
For seasoning
mustard - 1 ts
urad dhal - 1 ts
jeera - 1 ts
curryleaves - a few sprigs
curryleaves | METHOD | 1. Cut ladysfinger & potatoes into finger shape pieces. Fry them seperately & drain the oil.
2. In a kadai heat the oil add the seasonings when it splutters add onions fry until slight brownish, then add tomatoes, greenchilli & sambarpdr together.
3. Fry it for1min & then add the fried ones. Add salt & mix it well. Keep it in the low flame, uncover the dish when the dish color changes to brownish remove it from fire.
4. The masala is ready to serve. It goes well with chapathi & rice. |
