BESAN LADOO Recipe | Indian Sweets Recipe by SABABD |
| INGREDIENTS | 2 Cups Besan (Gram Flour)
300 gms Ghee
10-15 Almonds
1/2 Tin Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Fresh Milk
1/2 Cup of Powder Milk
5 tbsp Sugar
5 Crushed Cardamoms | METHOD | 1. Soak the almonds.
2. Remove the skin and blend to a paste adding a little milk.
3. Mix condensed milk, fresh milk, powder milk & almond paste.
4. Heat the milk & keep aside.
5. Heat the ghee.
6. Fry the besan until light brown.
7. Add cardamoms powder & sugar to besan & stir briskly for a few minutes taking care that it does not caramelise.
8. Add the milk almond paste.
9. Stir constantly taking care that it does not stick the bottom.
10. Remove from the fire and pat the mixture with greased hands and keep aside to settle & cool.
11. Take of the mixture & roll into ladoos with hands while still warm.
12. Decorate the ladoos with fine almond peices. |
