MUSHROOM CURRY Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Sumana |
| INGREDIENTS | ½ pack sliced mushrooms
1 small onion
1 small tomato
3 - 4 garlic clove
1 piece ginger
1 green chilli
½ tsp mtr Garam masala
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp chilli power
¾ tsp corriander powder
Oil 3 - 4 tsp
Salt to taste | METHOD | 1. Heat the oil and fry the chopped onions till it turns into golden yellow.
2. Add chopped tomatoes and fry them. Then add the garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, corriander powder, green chillies and fry them.
3. Finally add sliced mushrooms add little water and cook till the mushroom are done.
4. Serve hot. |
