| INGREDIENTS | for filling peanut,jaggery, cardamon powder little fennel(saunf) seeds roasted n crushed.
for covering take equal amount of wheat flour n maida along with little oil | METHOD | hello friends first time m posting this recipe had written in the exact way i prepare i love eating this thats y though to share it with u all
well i dint wrote about the amount of ingredient s it depend on ur taste so lets begin roast peanuts n remove the skin form it now add jaggery and peanut n grind it together it depends on ur taste how much sweet u eat add jaggery according to that then add cardamon powder n crushed fennel(saunf) seeds make the small balls form that now for covering knead the wheat n maida flour together with little oil don't make a hard dough now make the balls of this dough n in each ball put the mixture of peanut n jaggery roll it into chappati but b careful while rolling the mixture should not come out make one chapati at a time n put that in nonstick pan with low flame grease it with little oil while cooking on both the side n then remove it do that with each chapati n then ur puranpoli is ready n one great thing is u can keep this puranpoli in ur freezer for almost a week. |
