DIET PASTA Recipe
Main Course Recipe by Indiaparenting


 1 Hour  5 Persons

  INGREDIENTS
250 gms Pasta
1big clove of garlic (Chopped into bits)
2 dried red chillies. (Soak them in warm water)
1 table spoon olive oil
A few olives
1 juicy lime
Chicken Broth or chicken Broth cube (vegetarians can use vegetable broth or vegetarian broth cube)
A Pan
A bowl
A tablespoon

  METHOD
1. Boil Pasta completely in the broth (chicken or vegetable). Add cubes to the water you boil it in if you have no broth. Best way is to boil Pasta is in a cooker. Wait till two whistles. Boling in a vessel will use up lot of LPG.
2. Remove the boiled pasta in a big bowl.
3. Put the pan on a low flame and put olive oil.
4. Quickly add the chopped garlic and the soaked red chillies. Let it just turn pink.
5. Add the contents of the pan to the boiled pasta.
6. Add the olives. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Your Diet Pasta is ready. Squeeze some lime before you eat it. Eat healthy and tasty while you shed those extra pounds.
