RIPE MANGO SAMBAR Recipe | Main Course Recipe by gayathriram |
| INGREDIENTS | 1 ripe mango(any variety)cut into small pieces,1/4tsp rai,a few curry leaves,tamrind pulp about a small lemon size(soaked in hot water ),boiled dal(tuar dal)sambar pwd 1 tbsp,1/4 tsp haldi pwd,salt to taste,a few leaves of coriander. | METHOD | 1.Take oil in kadai add rai and curry leaves.
2.once rai spilts add ripe mango pieces sautee.
3.Remove e tamrind pulp and tamarind water let it boil nicely.
4.Add sambar pwd let it boil.
5.Add boiled dal and add salt.
6.Once its boiled garnish with coriander. |
