CANDY COOKIE DROPS Recipe | Indian Sweets Recipe by jeetika duneja |
| INGREDIENTS | 40 small foil or paper candy cups
185 gm chopped chocolate flavor toffee
1-cup chocolate pieces
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1-1\2 cups crushed chocolate wafers
1\2 cup finely crushed peppermint toffee
| METHOD | 1. Line a baking sheet with small foil or paper candy cups or with waxed paper. Set aside.
2. In a heavy medium saucepan, combine chopped chocolate flavor candy (chocolate alpenlibe toffee), chocolate pieces & oil. Cook n stir over low heat until mixture is melted n smooth.
3. Gently stir in crushed chocolate wafers & finely crushed peppermint stir until all pieces are coated with chocolate.
4. Drop chocolate mixture by rounded teaspoons into candy cups or onto waxed paper. Sprinkle with additional crushed candy. Let stand about 30 mins or until firm. Makes about 40 cookie drops.
TO STORE: PLACE IN A SINGLE LAYER IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER & COVER. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR UP TO 3 DAYS.
