RAVAIDLI Recipe | Main Course Recipe by radhika |
| INGREDIENTS | Medium rava(soji)-1/2 kg
oil-1 cup
mustard seeds- 1tb sp
urad dhal-2 tb sp
kadale bele-2 tb sp
green chillies-6(cut it small)
onion- 4 to 5(finely chopped)
curds- 3/4 litre(u cn add seeing consistency)
salt - to taste
baking soda-a pinch
coriander leaves(finely chopped)
carrot-2(grate it)
| METHOD | First fry the soji in a kadai without oil till it smells good and keep aside.Then to kadai add 1/2 cup oil add mustard seeds, when it splutters add urad dhal,kadalebele,green chillies,onions,carrot,coriander leaves,soji,salt,baking soda,curds and mix it well .After seeing the consistency u cn add curds again.Then apply oil to idli plates and put this mixture and keep it for steam.After that serve in hot with butter.To this green chutney will be good. |
