PRAWN MASALA Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Anusuya |
| INGREDIENTS | Prawns, cleaned - 1kg
Onions - 3, finely chopped
Tomatoes - 2
Coriander powder - 2tbs
Pepper - 2tbs
Saunf - 1tbs
Chilly powder - 2tbs
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbs
Curry leaves - 2tbs
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
| METHOD | Add oil to the pan and then add onions, saunf, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and stir-fry.
Add the prawns, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt and let it cook for some time.
At last garnish with curry leaves. Serve hot. |
