SPICY DRYCHICKEN Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
Chicken -half kg
Onion -5
Ginger -As reqd
Garlic -7 Flakes
Green Chilli -2
Spices- (As reqd)
Bay leaf -2 or 3
Turmeric
Chillipowder -1/2 spoon
Pepper -As reqd
Oil -3 spoon

  METHOD
1)Take a cooking bowl and cook the chicken along with Ginger garlic turmeric ,green chillli and Salt
2)After the chicken gets cooked ,Keep na eye and make it dry by evaporating the water.
Keep them Aside.
3)Take a tawa and pur 3 tea spoons of oil and put the Spices to splutter.
4)Slice the 5 medium sized onions and saute it at low flam for about 25 mts until it gets brown and soft.Put salt as reqd while sauting the onions.
5)Put the pepper powder As reqd.
6)Put the chicken which is kept aside into it and saute it for 10 mts until then chicken belnd with the spices and is ready.
6)Decorate with Corrainder leaves to serve
7)Serve with the Rice.
