SODHI KUZHAMBU(AVIAL KUZHAMBU). Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Lavanya Raman |
| INGREDIENTS | Carrot - 2
Beans - 100Gms
Potato - 2
Chow Chow - 1 Small
Drum Stick - 2 Nos
Tomato - 2 Nos
Green Peas - 1 Cup
Green Chilly - 4 Nos
Coconut - 1 Big
Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 SP | METHOD |
1. Cut All Veg Long And Thin Slices, Cut Drumstick Finger Size.
2. Take Milk From Coconut And Keep The 1st Milk(The Milk Of Coconut Which U Grind And Take For 1st Time) And 2nd Milk(Put Little Water, Grind And Again Extract The Milk From Coconut) Seperately.
3. Boil All Veg(Except Tomato) Half Boil In Water, Add Salt/Turmeric Powder In That. Let It Boil.
4. After 10 Mins Put G/G Paste, Add The 2nd Milk And Let It Boil.
5. Now Add Sliced Tomatoes And The 2nd Milk, Let It Boil For 2 - 3 Mins.That Is All Ur "Sodhi" is Ready.
You Can Eat This Mixing With Rice, Really It Tastes Good.
