POTATO-CAPSICUM GRAVY Recipe
Main Course Recipe by PJP


 30 minutes max  2

  INGREDIENTS
1 Large potato diced
1 medium sized Capsicum diced
1 Large Tomato
1 tsp Chilli Powder or less
1 ½ tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp jeera powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Oil
Salt

  METHOD
1. Heat a pan with 4 tbsp of oil. Once hot, add the tomato and saute     for half a minute.

2. To it add the chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, jeera     powder and salt.

3. Stir thoroughly and add the potatoes into it and stir.

4. Let it cook in very low flame for a minute. then add the capsicum     and stir.

5. No need to add water. Let it cook in the oil.

6. If you feel the oil added is insufficient, then add little bit more.

7. Keep stirring occassionaly. When the potato has cooked, stir well     let it slightly become brown - let it not burn. once through, remove     and serve.
