CHOLCLATE PUDDING Recipe | International Desserts Recipe by Vinutha Prashanth |
| INGREDIENTS | Butter - 100gms
Icing Sugar - 100gms
Maida - 100gms
Egg - 2
Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
Caramel - 3 tbsp
Choclate - 1 bar | METHOD | 1. Mix butter and sugar slowly with hand little by little.
2. Then add 1 egg and mix well. Next add another egg and mix well, mix maida slowly stirring, mix thorughly.
3. Later add the essence, caramel and chocolate bits and mix very lightly.
4. Keep this mixture in a vessel and cover tightly. Place this vessel inside another big vessel with water into (to steam).
5. Cover the vessel tightly and cook on medium flame for 45min to 1hr.
6. Cool it and ur pudding is ready!can be stored in refigerator and had later too.
